The iService program features three packages designed to cater to various requirements:

Each package includes a thorough inspection and servicing by iCandy's dedicated team of technicians at the iCandy headquarters. In addition to the standard servicing, essential safety tests will be conducted to ensure the pushchair meets the highest safety standards. These tests include checking parking devices (brakes), all folding and locking mechanisms, and the 5-point harness.

Upon purchasing an iService package, customers can expect personalised assistance from an iCandy representative, who will arrange the collection of their pushchair for servicing.
