Product Support Executive to join our team!

The Junior Product Support Executive plays a vital role in supporting the operational needs of iCandy World Ltd. This entry-level position involves a blend of hands-on tasks and collaboration with the Product Support team to ensure seamless customer service and product quality. Reporting directly to the Head of Product Management, while closely supervised by the Product Support Manager, this role requires a proactive approach and enthusiasm for delivering excellent support to customers and team members alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking and packing spare parts orders: Perform the primary responsibility of picking and packing spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.

Managing incoming emails: Address and respond to incoming emails related to spare parts orders, providing prompt and professional communication to customers and internal teams.

Quality control checks: Conduct basic quality control checks on incoming products to ensure they meet company standards before distribution.

Loan pushchair fleet maintenance: Manage, clean, and maintain the loan pushchair fleet, ensuring that all units are in excellent condition for customer use.

Preparation for trade and consumer shows: Assist in the preparation and packing for trade and consumer shows held throughout the year, contributing to the organisation and success of these events.

Stocktaking activities: Collaborate with the Product Support team during stocktaking activities to maintain accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.

Workspace organisation: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety standards while fostering a productive environment.

Customer service collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to answer product questions or queries, ensuring a smooth process for getting customers the help they need.

All-round product support: Provide general product support across various functions, assisting team members and contributing to continuous improvement in operations.
