Length of warranty period
All consumers that purchase an iCandy pushchair from the 1st Jan 2019 onwards will receive a 5- year warranty period.
Exceptions to the 5-year warranty
- The tyres – Covered for 3 years
- Soft goods – Covered for 2 years
- Accessories – Covered for 1 year
Changes to the warranty
- No registration is required – Warranty will be based on proof of purchase.
- The customer is no longer required to purchase a service to increase the length of the warranty.

The warranty is 5-years standard.
The 5-year warranty is the new blanket warranty and will supersede any other warranty, including John Lewis and any other different warranties worldwide (From the 1st Jan). - The new warranty is transferrable between owners. i.e. second-hand owners will still be covered by the warranty if they have the original proof of purchase.
What’s not covered:
The warranty is for manufacturing faults only and will not cover the following:
- Misuse of the pushchair
- Airline damage, damage in car collision, theft, etc
- Pushchairs categorised as a 'total loss' or 'insurance write off'
- Alterations, modifications or tampering
- Damage or surface corrosion from environmental conditions
- Cosmetic conditions or surface damage including scratches, chips, stains etc
It will also not cover any faults caused by lack of maintenance or natural degradation.
